Upon receipt and processing, you will receive an email confirming your request and detailing any further information required.

For physical/printed items.
  • For requests that require physical materials (banners, brochures, promotional items, etc.) we will require a minimum of four weeks lead time for delivery. Dependent on the items requested, this lead time may be longer - please ensure you order in a timely manner.

  • Please give as much guidance as you are able of your requirements - sizes, design-preferences, packaging and delivery requirements, etc.
Please note: while we try, wherever possible, to match your design requirements, there can be times when your design ideas do not conform with the university's brand vision. At these times, we may need to negotiate a compromise.

For website requests
  • Requests for updated or new information on the AUR website will require a much shorter lead time. Where possible, these will be actioned as close to immediately as possible.

  • Event information should be accompanied by a short biography of the presenter and, where possible, a recent photograph.

Marketing/Advertising campaign
The more information you can provide at the outset, the more successful your results are likely to be. However, we don't expect you to know all the answers! Fill in what you can, and indicate, if applicable, where more information will be supplied at a later date.

Please note: requesting a marketing campaign does not automatically mean that we will provide the campaign. AUR's marketing budget is limited and it's this department's role to get the most out of the available resources. If we believe that this campaign is unlikely to produce the best ROI, we will open a discussion with you before moving forward.
