Please use this system for all work requests to the Marketing & Communications department.
Upon receipt and processing, you will receive an email confirming your request and detailing any further information required.
For physical/printed items.- For requests that require physical materials (banners, brochures, promotional items, etc.) we will require a minimum of four weeks lead time for delivery. Dependent on the items requested, this lead time may be longer - please ensure you order in a timely manner.
- Please give as much guidance as you are able of your requirements - sizes, design-preferences, packaging and delivery requirements, etc.
Please note: while we try, wherever possible, to match your design requirements, there can be times when your design ideas do not conform with the university's brand vision. At these times, we may need to negotiate a compromise.
For website requests- Requests for updated or new information on the AUR website will require a much shorter lead time. Where possible, these will be actioned as close to immediately as possible.
- Event information should be accompanied by a short biography of the presenter and, where possible, a recent photograph.
